Fresh Mango Salsa
There is no snack I love more than chips and homemade salsa. This recipe is sweet yet spicy, simple to make, and super tasty. It is the perfect summer snack!
There are so many great uses for salsa! I used mine in a pulled pork taco, but, I bet it would be even better in fish tacos.

Ingredients
- 2 Large Ripe Mangos 
- 1 Red Bell Pepper 
- 4 Roma Tomatoes 
- 1 Jalapeño 
- 1/2 Red onion 
- 1/3 Cup Cilantro 
- Juice of 1 - 2 limes 
- Salt to taste 
Instructions
- Wash produce 
- Slice and dice all the produce. Remove seeds and pulp from tomato. For added spice leave the seeds of the Jalapeño. 
- Remove stems and chop cilantro. 
- Mix everything together in a bowl. 
- Add lime juice 
- Salt to your preference 
- ENJOY!
